We believe in doing things properly and being straightforward with our customers. These terms exist to make sure everyone knows where they stand — but if something ever goes wrong, our first priority is always to make it right.


1. Who We Are

We are Little Mo., an independent design studio producing lamps in the United Kingdom, selling at www.littlemo.studio. You can contact us at hello@littlemo.studio.


2. Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are shown in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.


3. Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, such as a product being unavailable or an error on our website, in which case we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


4. Made to Order

All Little Mo. lamps are made to order and 3D printed upon receipt of your order. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please email hello@littlemo.studio as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. We can usually accommodate cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Although made-to-order goods are exempt from the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once production has begun, we voluntarily offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy as set out in our Delivery & Returns page. We want you to feel confident buying from us.


5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Once your order has been placed, please allow 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

All delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or other force majeure events. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email.

Goods are considered delivered once you have received them. If your order arrives damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@littlemo.studio with photos and your order number.


6. About Our Products

Our lamps are produced using FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printing, a process that builds objects layer by layer. This is what allows us to produce each lamp individually to order, with a level of design freedom not possible through traditional manufacturing.

As an inherent characteristic of the FDM process, each lamp may display subtle layer lines and slight surface variations. These are a natural and expected feature of how the product is made, not a defect. No two pieces will be entirely identical, and we consider this part of the character of the product.

We carefully inspect every lamp before dispatch and will always address any genuine manufacturing fault. However, the following are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return or refund:

  • Visible layer lines on the surface of the product
  • Minor surface texture variations between individual pieces
  • Slight colour variation between production batches
  • Small support marks in areas that are not prominently visible

We will always do our best to represent our products accurately through photography and description on our website, but please be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different screens.


7. Returns

If you change your mind, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item to us within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.


8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.


9. Faulty Goods

If your lamp arrives with a fault or defect, please contact us at hello@littlemo.studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid return label where required.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.


10. Guarantee

All Little Mo. lamps are carefully checked before dispatch. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Items that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Little Mo.
  • Accidental damage
  • Consumables such as light bulbs
  • The inherent surface characteristics of FDM 3D printing described in Section 6

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Mo.’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
