Delivery & returns
Delivery
All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom.
Each lamp is made to order and 3D printed upon receipt of your order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. Orders are shipped via tracked FedEx delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We want you to love your lamp. If for any reason you change your mind, simply notify us within 14 days of delivery and return it to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a return, email hello@littlemo.studio with your order number. We will provide a prepaid Royal Mail returns label.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, disassembled, or removed from their original packaging.
About Your Lamp
Our lamps are produced using FDM 3D printing. As an inherent characteristic of this process, each lamp may display subtle layer lines and slight surface variations. These are a normal and expected feature of how the product is made, not a defect. Please see our Terms of Sale for full details.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your lamp arrives faulty or damaged, please contact hello@littlemo.studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid Royal Mail returns label.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a return has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
