Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return your lamp to us within 30 days. Returns are free, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email hello@littlemo.studio with your order number.

What if my lamp arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us at hello@littlemo.studio within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and provide a prepaid return label where needed.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All Little Mo. lamps are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, via tracked FedEx delivery.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves us, including your FedEx tracking number.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As each lamp is made to order, we can only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email hello@littlemo.studio as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

About Our Lamps

Why does my lamp have visible lines on the surface?
Our lamps are 3D printed using the FDM process, which builds objects layer by layer. Subtle surface lines are a natural characteristic of this — not a defect. Every lamp is checked before dispatch.
